We’ve received reports of customers receiving calls from a number appearing as BankPlus Customer Service, as well as texts with a link. These are scams.
Please Be Aware:
- BankPlus will never ask for your personal or account information via calls or texts.
- BankPlus will never send texts containing links that request your account details.
- Avoid clicking on suspicious links or sharing your account information.
