We've been alerted to a scam where customers receive a text or email about a transaction on their account, asking them to call a number if it wasn't approved. This is NOT from BankPlus.

Please remember, BankPlus only sends text alerts asking you to respond "YES" or "NO" to verify suspicious activity. We will never ask you to provide personal information.
