What login credentials (Username and Password) will I need to use to access my accounts through the mobile app?
You will use the same username and password that you currently use to access your online banking accounts through the website www.BankPlus.net.
Can I make a deposit to an account of which I am not an authorized signer?
No. You may only make a deposit into accounts that are displayed within your online banking access. (only BankPlus Checking and Money Market Accounts).
Will I be able to make a deposit to my account if I am not registered for Online Banking - Personal using my social security number?
No. In order to access your accounts through the mobile app you must first be a registered Personal Online Banking user. Once you have registered for Personal Online Banking you can access the mobile app along with the mobile deposit feature using your same Username and Password that you have chosen for your Online Banking account.
Will I be able to deposit a check which is not made payable to me?
No, checks must be made payable to the Online Banking/Mobile app user.
Will I be able to deposit my U S Treasury or Money Order using Mobile Deposit?
No, please continue to deposit these items at your local branch.
How can I verify my deposit was credited to my account?
You can review your account history within your online banking account next business day
What do I do if my check was not deposited?
Please contact BankPlus Customer Service at 1-888-811-7587.
What do I do with my check once it has been deposited?
It is recommended to keep the check for at least 10 days before shredding.

How do I change my Online Banking User ID?
You may change your BankPlus Online Banking User ID at any time you would like using the following steps.
Remember that your new User ID must be:
Different than your current User ID
8 to 16 character in length
Must contain at least one letter and one number
From the User Options Menu select Change User ID
From the Change User ID screen enter a new User ID and confirm your User ID in the fields provided
Select Accept
Your User ID has been successfully changed; you will use your new ID the next time you login to Online Banking

Does BankPlus charge for Online Bill Pay?
No. Online Bill Pay is absolutely free. You just need to be enrolled in our free Online Banking to use the service.
How do I change my Online Banking password?
You may change your Online Banking password anytime you feel necessary by doing the following:
Log in to Online Banking
Select "My Settings" tab in the upper right corner
Select "Edit" in the password field
Enter Current password, New password and Reytpe the new password
Password must be at least 8 characters
Use a mix of letters, numbers and symbols
Click Save
When I open my checking and savings account, will I have immediate access to my money?
BankPlus has adopted a next-day availability policy. Cash deposits are available immediately and under normal circumstances, check deposits are available the next day. If your deposit will not be available the next day, our staff will tell you when those funds will be available for withdrawal.
What is my daily limit for Mobile Deposit?
You will be able to view your daily limit in the Enter an amount field of the Deposit Checks option within your mobile app.
How much can I borrow using an EquityPlus line of credit?
Your credit limit (also known as available equity) is determined by taking a percentage (for example 80% or 90%) of your home's appraised or fair market value and subtracting the balances of any outstanding mortgages on the property. If you qualify, the minimum home equity loan or line of credit amount is $5,000.
Can I change my Personal Identification Number (PIN) on my BankPlus debit card?
Because PINs are assigned when the card is issued, we would issue you a new card with the new PIN.

Can I view my transactions at any time?
Yes, with BankPlus Online Banking and Mobile Banking you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Can I add someone else to my checking account?
You can add someone else to your checking account as a secondary owner by simply visiting your local office and bringing the individual to be added with you.
How do I transfer funds from my checking account to savings?
The easiest way to transfer funds between BankPlus accounts is through our Online Banking. You can also transfer monies between accounts by dialing our automated line at 1-800-811-PLUS(7587) or 601-420-PLUS(7587) in the Metro Jackson area (1-888-226-5758 or 601-664-1978 for TTY) or by visiting one of our banking offices.
How long will it take me to get my debit card?
You should be able to have a debit card issued to you instantly at any BankPlus office during normal business hours.
How will I know my Mobile Deposit will be credited to my account?
You will receive a confirmation code as well as an option to have the code emailed to you.
Does BankPlus offer any type of overdraft protection?
You can protect your account from going into the overdraft by establishing overdraft protection from another BankPlus account such as a checking, NOW, savings (limited transaction account), or Overdraft Protection Agreement line of credit.
Can I wire money?
Customers can wire money through any of our local branches.
Our treasury Services (business) customers can wire money easily with Business Online Banking.
How do I deposit money into my personal checking account?
