George Sago IV, Community Banker/Mortgage Loan Officer and Vice President, has more than 10 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. He is a native Mississippian and currently resides in Southaven, MS, where he is very involved and committed to serving all the residents in Desoto County and the greater mid-south community. He is a member and former President of the Olive Branch Rotary, serves as Treasurer of the Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Olive Branch Young Business Leaders, serves as a board member of the Old Towne Review Advisory Board, is Treasurer of the Rotary Desoto County Family Youth Initiative Board, and also actively serves the community by accepting volunteer opportunities through Volunteer Northwest Mississippi and Junior Achievement of the Mid-South. George is also an alumni member of the Methodist Lebonheur Children’s Hospital Family Partners Council where he actively served for several years, with three years in the capacity of Chairman of the Quality Committee. He attended Mississippi State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a minor in Economics. He later received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Strayer University and has a graduate certificate from Barrett Graduate School of Banking at Christian Brother University. George and his family attend Brown Missionary Baptist church located in Southaven, MS.
